TURN AROUND TIMES:  

All our personalised & custom items are made-to-order ad may take up to 1 week turnaround and 2 weeks peak season. (Christmas) 

EXCHANGES  

Doofer Designs does not accept exchanges for a change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are not received as you ordered them due to a fault on our part. I.e., a word spelt incorrectly, a wrong size or colour to what you requested. 

We would require you to contact us by email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. If, however the item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer I.e.: you have provided incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.

Here at Doofer Designs all of our personalised and handmade products are made from carefully selected materials, therefore not all our products will be identical. 

Some of our wooden products have natural blemishes and these should not be misconstrued as faults, these are what makes them individual and unique. 

Wood grains and laser burns are a natural process and not deemed as faults.
